Important Update for 2020 Spring Semester: The California State University (CSU) will temporarily suspend the use of ACT/SAT examinations in determining admission eligibility for all CSU campuses for the 2021-2022 academic year. Start developing a résumé—a record of accomplishments, activities, and work experience. It will be an important part of your college and scholarship applications.
If you haven’t participated in many activities outside of class, now is the time to sign up. Consider clubs at school, team sports, leadership roles, or involvement in a religious or civic community group.
